I love when the cashiers have no idea what's going on. They see the balance drop from $2.00 to $.00, and they have no idea what to press. FYI: It's the "CASH" button twice.

Usually for me it automatically applies - I only mention it if there's any sort of issue on checkout, but it's come off automatically every time. :)

My personal experience is that you have to show the cashier the coupon from the app. The cashier needs to scan the coupon. The problem is that the coupon never scans. Therefore, it has never worked...
