Hahaha, my first romance was the doctor. But to answer your question it doesn't add anything to the story. It does however will affect the ending at the end if you choose to romance more than 1 girl...

When you romance another character (I did the blonde, because come on :) ) does it add to the story? My first choice was queen but my charm wasn't high enough. I would totally bang that doctor though.

Atlus used to have such great sales before Sega purchased them. Most Persona games were eventually $5 digitally, but I doubt that'll happen for P5 even 2 years from now.
