My torrent speed with Windscribe starts off great... then quickly drops to almost nothing. They're clearly doing something on their end whether they admit to it or not. Same with changing servers......

Purchased the Windndscribe deal a few months ago...now it runs at 200mbps for about 20-30 mins and then drops to a slow

I did the lifetime I previously had PIA. Windscribe is slower but for the price wasn't expecting much. Yes it works with torrents and yes works with kodi. I have a 300Mbps get about 30 to 75Mbps on...
