I got this monitor and returned it because the resolution is just too low for the size. That said the image quality was good otherwise as far as color, blacks, and contrast go.

this is an ultrawide... huge difference between a 27" 16:9 1080p and a 34" ultrawide 1080p

Yup, it's definitely too big for 1080p so it wont look that great but for gaming I heard is not bad at all. G-sync model of this would be a great deal at this price point
