Yeah I think they fixed it. I hope so too. I just bought the ones OfficeMax had on sale and I think they were only 27 gallon. I'll take them back if this order goes through.

In the picture, the bins look dusty. Did they buy used ones from Amazon warehouse? That would be my guess is that some idiot returned them and Amazon didn't really check it. Or inside job.... :)
