The stand/bezel. That's it.
Oh, and the B7A (but not B7P) does not have internal ATMOS speakers (it's 2.0 instead of 2.2).
That last bit likely matters to nobody as people who really care...

Dunno that the different stand/bezel is worth $200-250 more but YMMV
