I don’t think this is great information. First off the Yamaha 377 supports 6 ohm speakers.

These are 6 Ohm, which means they require a very expensive, high power receiver. Klipsch are more efficient 8 Ohm, and mine sound fantastic with a $130 receiver - Yamaha RX V377

While they do sound good I cannot excuse the bait and switch tactic by JBL by sending clearly used speakers "marked as new". I didn't pay for used speakers and I expect brand new speakers.
