All LG oleds from 2016 have it. Some of Denon's 2016 receivers have it through updates. DV is far superior, VUDU for example exclusively supports DV.
Some Sony's from 2016 are also getting updates.

I'd wait for a Dolby Vision/HDR10 player. I watched Stranger Things s2 and Mindhunter in Dolby Vision on my OLED and they looked fantastic. I can't wait for a good UHD to use this.

OPPO's player does. Their gear is not typically (nay I say, ever) Slickdeals material though.

I got one of these for $150 refurbished from bestbuy about a month or two ago. It's a fantastic player. At $199 I would even recommend it.
