It seems CPO outlet matched Home depot, and they have a $50 off coupon, plus no sales tax (to my area).
They let you choose your two free tools. 349 vs 425 for same item (for me).

I was thinking that $399 for the 4-tool kit is nothing special, but the real deal is that at Home Depot it comes with a free circular saw and grinder making it 6 tools total (well, 5 plus a light). ...
