I bought these in the best but had to throw the rest away. The iron content of this was very irritating on my stomach, which is a known side effect. This is just something to keep in mind.

These are synthetic garbage. Find a whole food vitamin. There is no deal here. Nearly all synthetic multi vitamins don’t dissolve and just pass through the body. Save your money and buy quality foods.
