Fox Digital codes unless specified as Instawatch (Walmart receipt) will allow you to choose your preferred retailer (iTunes, MA, VUDU) at the time of redemption....

Obviously they are not itunes or Vudu so their stock is limited.

At the first link you posted the cheapest iTunes code is $8.99... so not really that different considering iTunes gift cards can be easily purchased at 15% off.
