Huh? It's sata/sas 6gbps for both... It probably even does 12 gbps if you have the proper cabling.

I don’t know. One reviewer said the fan is not easily replaceable. Another user said they actually replaced the fan but had to turn it down to low for the sound not to be noticeable over everything...

Fan is an 80mm fan. Should be easy enough to replace for a few dollars if the sound bothers you.

Meh. Definitely wouldn't pay $70.99 for this thing. With many new cases now foregoing 5.25" drive bays altogether, this seems like they are dumping inventory.
