Thats not saying much, HF actually has some great ratchets. Most are better than what you'll buy at Sears and carry a lifetime warranty that holds water.

I picked it up yesterday with 10% and freecash. The ratchet is not gripped so it can feel a little slippery.

One of the worst China made ratchets you can buy. Don't know how many I've had fail on me. It almost makes you wonder if they put the warranty on such a trash product just to get you to walk into...

I bought this set at Kmart a few months ago. I find the ratchet is rather sloppy. Not as solid "click-latch" as I am used to with my other sets. The socks in my set also do not quite match the metric...
