The 55S403 is now at Costco for 369. 2 year warranty. In-store only. 55s40* are all the same, just different retailers. I bought the one from Costco and the manual lists ALL 400 series models.

403 is exactly the same as 405. It's just labeled for warehouse membership stores. For example, the samsung mu6300 is the same as warehouse mu630d

The TCL is decent but not $160 better than the Sharp. You'll have a better chance at this one though and won't have to weather any lines for it either (if you value your time).
