The old ones used to have a fuse on each port and if the fuse blew, the port was dead forever. I have one with 3 dead ports. New ones supposed to have a breaker switch on each port that resets...

Leave a low star rating on Amazon. Customer support will likely contact you and offer a replacement. I had one of their 13 port USB hubs die right after the warranty expired and they still replaced...

This smart charger detects your devices maximum allowable charge rate and charges it at that rate, up to 2.4 amps. I don't see how any ports listed as "Quick Charge" are any faster as all the ports...

I looked at it again, and now my opinion of the product is even less. I finally found in the text that you saw says 3A per port. But the 2nd picture says specifically 2.4A max.

The page says up to 3amp per port. And ya, maybe it's less per port if you use all of them, but you don't have to.

I have 5 chargers, 4 are the 5 port and 1 is the 6 port. The oldest one I've had have has got to be 3 maybe 4 years old...maybe even older. They all get pretty good use never experienced any issues...

I noticed a coupon on the Anker one that has usb c PD and 5 ports but it brings it to $39.99. Still ridiculously overpriced. They jacked the prices up right after iPhone 8 and X came out...suckers.
