LOL... you will NEVER hear back from them. And unidays gives "UPTO 20% off". not straight 20%. so there is actually nothing samsung can do to help you.

i tried over and over to get unidays to work. it wouldnt. but tried right now and it works.
but its not 20%. its only giving $33 off of the $960. but it is still allowing me to use...
