So the Huawei Ascend XT2 and the Huawei Elate are the exact same phone, just the Ascend XT 2 is locked to AT&T and the Elate is locked to Cricket.

Can be unlocked, just watched a youtube vid on this, multiple sites offer the code. Has a SIM/SD tray on left side, just slip in the new sim and phone will request the unlock code.
