I picked up a Steak & Shake card online. Even though there's a location not three blocks from Sam's, my location doesn't carry the value pack, only the 3 x $10.

If you have a chase freedom card - get a Walmart gift card for extra 5% off. Then use that gift card at Sam’s to buy these.

Definitely location specific. I was trying to get some papa johns and steak&shake cards, but my store didn't carry them (nearest of each is roughly 40 miles from that store).
