Yep they did. Was a pain in the butt. They shipped out physical cards with pins, they arrived 2 days later.
I tried to get them to replace these cards myself on phone and online. I got the same...

I haven't tried it but someone in the past said that if you use their in-store kiosk to place an order then you can swipe your pinless GC and it'll give you the option to save it to your Panera...

So they replaced your pinless cards with cards with pins after the manager called in?
Yet their FAQ says balances can't be transferred onto another card if u want to consolidate...but what happens...

They're basically the same company. They split off about 15 years ago and then remerged recently. Their special sauce is about as special as McDonald's thousand island dressing.

I use au bon pain too ..neither has any special sauce..Panera used for lunch slightly better veggies au bon pain breakfast but really just matter of convenience ..all these places run on memes not...

This is why i buy the discounted gift cards and stack them with the $3 off $6 coupon. Other than that i dont really go to panera. But the $3 off $6 happens like twice a year for about a whole month.

Bagel dozen 50% off every Tuesday by me. Also bread bowls are great but yeah a bit pricy. Rapid pickup is awesome, always use this. Never had an issue. Always order ahead for Starbucks as well....
