True but VERY misleading. Because in sweeteners the amount of maltodextrin is so tiny (less than 1 gram of carbohydrates per serving) that there is virtually no impact at all on your glycemic...

Stevia is never the main ingredient for ANY Stevia brand that is powdered/granulated for use as a sugar substitute. Stevia is 300 times as sweet as sugar so you could only use a tiny sprinkle...not...

you are better off with sugar than this highly processed maltodextrin with a trace of stevia.

I have to point out, as it is very shady marketing to call this stevia in the raw. I bought this without realizing that Stevia is not even the main ingredient! FYI!
