I had a feeling that they just messed up on the wording of the rebate, so I took the chance and bought Just the 12" pan for $20. The rebate went through fine. I like the pan and would've been okay...

The 19.99 sale price ends 11/25 and the 9.99 rebate for one pan starts on 11/26. Is there any reason to expect the pans are going to be on sale again when the new rebate begins? I don't see this deal...

what is the advantage of cast iron? I know that cast irons have even temperature but I can't think of any reason to replace my nonstick skillet

I did the same, and for me it was FAR harder to season. I wouldn't have gone anywhere near as polished as I did if I'd known, and probably would have just used something to knock down the large...
