The tags would still have to pass by someone's phone who was also subscribed to the tile thing,it doesn't transmit gps coordinates nonstop. It's far from a guaranteed thing that they'll know where...

What if you attached it to their car? I'm just going by the commercial i see on TV with the dad finding his daughters teddy bear with one of these things on it. I wast aware of any ranges.

The intent of these things seem innocent enough. But I just see these as a stalkers dream come true. Now they don't even need to leave the house to know where you are....
