It is a very slight price drop if any. I think it was $199 before but I'm not sure. I think when comparing the two though you have to compare models which is hard. I'm sure Insignia overall is...

That is on the stick. With a fire tv stick the tv doesn't need to have smart features or anything as the fire TV stick is doing all the work.
