No bluetooth audio when using HDMI as source (bluetooth only works when using native apps). Upon research, looks like this is by design.

My battery was completely dead as well, which I don't believe is common in new electronic items. I am not going to fiddle with a return or complaint, but I wouldn't blame someone for doing so.

For my unit, it came and it looks new but the battery was completely drained. It looks like it's holding a charge though.

Got mine. It does not power up even after 2 days of charging. The power supply led is solid green when not connected to the ZTE SPRO 2. It blinks when connected. Shipping it back.

I had it added to my verizon beyond unlimited plan it was only $5/mo although I thought it was gonna be $20/mo cuz of it being as a tablet but they listed it as a theatre device more so of.

Device is pretty easy to Root and remove a bunch of the bloat installed from the ZTE stock image. I was able to get rid of the no service popup (Completely) and the SIM is still in the unit.

If you don't remove the pre-installed Verizon Sim you will get a service pop up every 15 minutes or so., Once removed the pop up will show up once then never return until you power the unit back up.
