Sort by recent reviews, pretty easy to see all the one star reviews talk about the crap quality. Edit: Also fakespot isn’t the end all statistic and only ~100 reviews and it’s a brand that is????

The monkey above is correct. Several reports of lack of durability, most breaking within less than 3 months. Headband, mic, & cord all being issues.

Marketing Dept speak. The pads around the speakers block much of the sound from outside the headphones obviously, so marketing called it a "feature" (because it "isolates" you from outside "noise").
