you might want to take it to advanced auto or your local auto parts store and have them load test your battery to see if its getting weak. batteries dont last like they use to.

I gonna assume keyless entry. With a key I know these systems usually require the key in the on position and when you hit the brake pedal it overrides the autostart and remains on.
