Their claim is that they were rejected by customs because this shipping method does not allow the shipping of items containing batteries. But we all know these dashcams do not have batteries in them....

I paid with paypal, and it charged the credit card immediately after ordered, but I did not add the insurance. Still not sure why the customer would pay for insurance, or what their insurance exactly...
