I notice on old ship the back of the ship have no rear balcony and you can walk up and down the stairs at the rear. The newer ships are fill up with balcony at the rear.

Yep, MSC and Holland America which is own by Carnival. Another name is Costa own by Carnival too. And then there are the Oasis class which are expensive and of course Disney.
