Do it through the chat and say that you want to return. You should get transferred to another associate as it is a big item and not all associates deal with that. They should offer you a full refund...

I've contacted Amazon twice since the mattress only expanded to 9-10 inches. Both times, they only offered to exchange it or give a partial refund of 15%.
