This will not likely remove the dried wax residue. I would try bug&tar remover w/ a toothbrush instead of isopropyl like someone else suggested. The iso will dry out the plastic and could remove some...

Seems from the reviews that this product is only good on tires and interior. If it rains, it'll leave white streaks all down the trim and paint.

For anyone interested they also have the two pack tire applicators for $3.56 with S&S . These are good and are pretty durable. I do detailing professionally and these usually last me about 10-15 cars...
