However the disc ships out that is what you get. They can't force a patch to you if your offline.
Both games had unlocked frame rate pre-patch. Post patch the games run at a unlocked frame rate....

Because (I think) you have better control of patch management.
A newer patch might have removed the frame rate unlock setting and if you get it digitally, you will always get the most updated...
