Nonstick is a coating, which can eventually wear off and get into the food. With stainless steel, you know for sure it's safe.

So major differences with instapot vs other pressure cooker are the quick button functions, and the inner pot material (ss preferred) otherwise the bigger size the better (for most families) .......
