Don’t get the Dyson. I was an early beta user of the 360 Eye, then ended up getting one. After 60 days we returned it back to Dyson, because it would constantly get lost, could never find its way...

Definitely not a Dyson. Their robo vac is a disaster.
The 980 WILL suck up more than the 960, but know that it IS a LOT louder than a 960. We have both the 960 and 980 and the 980 is super loud...

The Roomba 980 works the best on carpet because it has the most suction (it's also about 2x as expensive), but the 8xx series pull up more stuff out of your carpet daily than you can imagine being...
