Honestly I have a 2017 75” E series and a 2017 70” M series at my house right now and they are very close picture wise and the E only has 14 zones. I’d say the importance of all the zones is a...

Yeah it's best to go and pick the tv up. Tvs are fragile, I would never get a tv shipped to my house, FedEx and UPS/Frate don't give a shit about anybody's package. I know because I ordered a tv back...

This is a VA panel, but only 60hz and 8 bit. Also this is the 2016 model, it does not get anywhere near 800 nits brightness. Does have 64 zones of FALD though compared to 32 in the 2017 model.

Did some searching, couldn't find any reference to getting an E-series instead of an M-series. I did find someone getting an E55-E1 instead of an E55-E2 (I think that means a previous years model?)

Agreed. Upscaling isn't as good as Sony 800 or 900, but satisfactory. Also, bear in mind that with the Visio M series only one HDMI port is 4K HDCP 2.2 compliant. And no TV tuner. Not issues for most...

Ordered from these guys, you won't get an M series at all. You'll get an E series. Do some research on this seller, VIPOITLET...bad business.

Also the seller is a total pain in the ass. It gets damaged during shipping and the refund process is very slow.

I picked up that Samsung and has a bug with Fire TV playing 4K. The 2017 Vizio is hands down a better picture. Would guess the 2016 is as well.

Be aware this is an IPS panel(degraded picture over VA), last year's model, refurbished and imo not worth it.

I’ll never buy another vizio.. had a Blu-ray player less than 2yrs and they stopped supporting updates.. it wouldn’t even play Blu-ray Discs, had to toss it.

I got the TCL 55” from Costco for $349 Black Friday and it’s a damn good TV. Not quite as good as the M series, but the Roku is awesome. If you can spend $700-1000 get an M from Costco, if not...

Actually your incorrect, for HDR10 you need a 10-Bit color panel, WCG & a brightness to black level ratio of either 1000 nits to 0.05 black levels or 540 nits to 0.0005 black levels for OLED's. Since...

I got the 55MU6290 for my mom's for $399+tax with Target REDCard. But I'm thinking of trying to get either a better 55" or a slightly higher priced 60"-65" 4K Smart TV. So Don't like that this...

Well people need to understand what that means. The M series supports HDR10 and Vision, meaning it can read the headers and display the content but it’s not fully “Vision Capable” because I believe...

I own the Samsung and will say the picture on the M is noticeably beteter The Samsung is no slouch but I opted for the Samsung due to a much lower price for a new one (got it the 55" for $429 ).
