Don’t think that’s a special deal is it? I live 30 minutes from Delaware so my strategy was to buy tax free but not open the box until I see if my chase price protection goes through with joesav. But...

Fry's electronics has a good deal on the 75 900e. They pay the sales tax and free shipping. I'm thinking about ordering tonight

My 2 cents ...... A high quality panel is infinitely more important than Dolby Vision compatibility. Having DV compatibility won't do you any good if the panel cannot display all those highlights....

I found this article which states it reverts back to SDR. I think Dolby is a must right now and given x900e doesn't have it and M series can't make use of it, I think it's a bad time to purchase a...

I believe it reverts to standard UHD/4K. If the TV isn't super bright and colorful to begin with, there's no huge benefit to HDR.

Very helpful. So if a show is available in Dolby Vision, but you have the x900e, will you be able to see the show in HDR or 4K? Or it just resorts back to standard 1080? I'm trying to figure out...

Same here. I thought about what I watch more, and that's TV shows and sports. Standard 4K looks good to me, and the selection of DV content is very limited right now. I honestly don't notice much...

Last I heard vizio is seeking a buyer, they may be trying to clear inventory/increase sales number to look better for potential buyers.

Are these leftovers from Black Friday? I tried my closest Costco and they said that there are none in all of Vegas and it shows as online only product.

Makes you wonder why Vizio is discounting these TV's so much. Maybe they have big plans for 2018. More dimming zones and a native 120 Hz panel would be a good start. I have the M70 from Costco,...
