Joe Mantegna did a fantastic job. He was the perfect narrator for this book.

I cannot agree. Joe Mantegna's narration is absolutely stellar. Granted his voice and style lend themselves to the text particularly well, but that is the nature of good casting. Outstanding...

I personally prefer single narrator audio books as multi-cast ones can be distracting (I prefer consistency) and can be hit and miss (some members of the cast are good while others are terrible), but...

Good correction! Sorry everyone for the misinformation. I'd personally recommend the multi-cast version to anyone who's interested: makes an audiobook so much better if done even semi-competently.

To clarify, this is not the multi-cast narration version. It’s the Joe Mantegna narrated version. It’s about 2 hours longer and is rated a bit higher.

Incredibly well produced audiobook with various different voice actors playing the characters. And it's just a great book anyway. Highly recommend it.
