The company I work at use few hundreds of these printers instead of expensive Zebra printers for small labels. These printers are rock solid.

I 100% agree with this. Very nice, but can be finicky at times. I purchased mine from amazon warehouse for around the same price. The only issue for me is that the printer becomes unresponsive...

A nice but finicky label maker. We had three and one always gave me problems. The other 2 were mostly fine though.
