Received mine today. Opened it up and there's hairs of all different sizes all over it. Also it was pilling. Definitely used. Completely disgusted and upset. Hopefully I don't end up with bed bugs.

The Kohls gel topper is not worth even $20, it's more like the cheap textured ones from Walmart. This topper is actually a padded mattress cover and goes on sale about every 2 months.
