I bought the scrapers separately... still a pain in the ass. This "grill pan" is in the back of the cabinet abandoned. If you want grill marks, get a Weber grill.

Best way to cool bacon is in the oven/toaster oven. What you may say? Learned the trick when I worked in a large catering hall kitchen - how else could you cook enough bacon to wrap 2,000 scallops...

I have a flat ceramic glass cooktop (not induction) and it works just fine. just need to be a bit more careful and not move it otherwise you might scratch or shatter the glass.

Not if you re-season it every time. I know the manual says not to, but I've been doing this with my Lodge Dutch oven for years and it still looks and works like brand new. But I'm also in arid...

I use hot water and one of those chain link scub pads, WITH tongs. Gets that sucker clean real fast. Soapy water can be used on the rare occasion, it will not hurt the seasoning. It should not be...

You should see all those packages going out daily over at steeltarget7.com. I don't know if they strictly use USPS, but the carrier doing pickups gets quite the workout everyday!

While the pan is still hot, clear whatever is in it first then clean the rest off with a little oil and kosher salt. This will also help season it.
