This is true but you I think they will do a return and purchase so doing it online won't do you much good other then to get the product saved for you. This would probably void all cash back sites...

the vets discount can only be applied in the store and you must show ID. So for a online order when you go to the pickup show your ID and they will do an adjustment to reflect the 10%

From the information I looked on their website--it's showing only avail in store and you must show ID. So I'm not sure about the ID but I tried to order online and it didn't show a discount.

My Home Depot stopped giving military discounts period without an accepted ID. My state has veterans drivers licenses and they are not accepting them. I called the 1-800 and got told the same thing....

That's incorrect. There's no requirement to have a Lowe's credit card. When I signed up through MyLowe's, they used a third-party verification service. Nothing unusual/invasive at all.
