pulled the trigger and tried. paid with paypal took a few min. but got the code. also had to do a phone verification where they text you a 5 digit you have to enter.

went for it. got steam code in about a minute. as noted before, paypal was done before the review process. Requires a landline or mobile phone # for verification. Could not use Google #.
