It is very weird. Maybe that's why I've gotten almost no response in Tevo Tornado and 3d printing groups/forums. I'll try printing a 5x5x100mm stl tonight just to see what happens.

Hm..... I find that baffling. I don't see how a printer can be 1.3mm off on a print regardless of whether it's a 1mm in length or 1000mm. That's not how these printers work. If it's off, it should be...

Maybe scaling the model would work if the dimensions were uniformly incorrect (as in a percentage), but they're constantly incorrect (as in off by 1.3mm every time no matter the size of the model). ...

Why don't you just scale the model in the slicer? If you determined that it's uniform and deterministic, then that's what people do.

How inaccurate? have you tried the 20x20x20 cube? what are you print dimensions? what printer are you using? original firmware? have you looked at your slicer settings? there may be a correction...
