Recently, I ordered some CeraVe products but returned them as soon as I read the ingredients. Loaded with parabens (and expensive as well).

From the actual webpage: "This item can't be returned to Amazon. In certain cases, you may qualify for a refund Read full return policy." I guess you really don't know what would happen...

I am not a dr. but I disagree. Typically, Cetaphil products have lots of parabens which are supposedly not good for you at all. My derm. recommends Vanicream bars. They are pricey compared to...

It was more like an "if you don't like it your money will be refunded and you don't have to return leftovers" scenario.

At best, you would have to pay return shipping. Amazon does have free returns on some stuff. For something like this, you are pretty much stuck with it if you don't like it.

Not true at all. Cortisone actually thins the skin and so it shouldn't be used all the time. Another "unconventional" treatment is to get a tattoo over the area that is affected. Sounds ridiculous,...

Nope - steroid free. Crisaborole is active ingredient. Another one you can look into is Elidel. It's also a non-steroid Rx for eczema.
