Check Best Buy for some Black Friday leftovers. I picked up this Gateway all-in-one PC for around $300-350 a few months after Black Friday. Then it dropped 2-3 other times till it was down to $200.

Look for Ebay. PC or laptop there should be some options for 200-300 dollar region. I dont think they need PC.
