Brother-in-law picked up a Makita drill with hammer function a few weeks back for about $60 in Green Bay (east), WI. I believe they still have a few left. They were marked around $90.

Is it usually nationwide clearance or store specific? From what I know with Lowe's, clearance items are very store specific. Does anyone know the case with Home Depot?

This is not a drill, it's an impact driver which lacks the universal chuck and variable clutch that drills typically have. You won't usually find accurate pricing or availability for HD...
