The site says itβs PEI3. For most cases, Iβd be okay with a Porcelain PEI3, but ceramic has more potential to chip from experience.

Correct, it's harder on the mohs scale. Also harder to cut and in many applications you wouldn't notice the difference.

FYI, I wouldn't recommend bothering unless your lowe's store has a lot of these in stock. If there's only like 100, you're bound to be getting a bunch of open boxes and different dye lots.
