Depends on what your definition of quick charge. Even at 2.4 it's standard charging nowadays for quick charge you will need 3 amps or higher or a higher voltage at lower Amp

I thought 5V@2A is consider quick charge?? The description says "The two usb charging port come with 5V-2.4A total (max)" wasn't sure if that mean 5V-1.2A each.

I live in Dallas and tried 3 different products for an older car. None of them worked. 87.9 is the only workable option and it sounds terrible.
