Kobalt are cheap tools made in Taiwan or China. Just like Sears they quit having them made in the USA. The foam inserts are nice, but not so nice when you want to add some more tools.

Kobalt is notoriously known for inflated original pricing. (Craftsman does this too.) So 33% off, in this case, is not really a great deal, especially compared to other, similar sets. I think Kobalt...
