They probably wouldn't care other than the fact that much of these systems are highly automated using VBA and even dot net integration. But yea, they probably wouldn't even notice!

If you do use one of the work-alikes, what they don't have is VBA and Access. The other stuff is macros and embedding objects and that sort of stuff.
Just a guess, but 99.9% of your clients...
