New dryers do not (typically) come with the cord (aka pigtail). Cord type and length needs will vary. Most often, the old cord can be swapped, but of course the retailer (and deliverer/installer)...

By all means, show the class which wire is the ground wire. Please.
Yes, the dryer grounds through the neutral wire. But it's not a ground wire that meets current code like a 4-prong plug.
